Q & A March 2009

March 2009 Questions & Answers with Andrew Bynum

The AndrewBynum.com team recently sat down with Andrew Bynum to ask him some questions. Here are the results........

Q: Are you coming back this season?
A: Yes I am going to make a return this season. I'm already doing strength and conditioning as well as playing 2 on 2 and 3 on 3, while waiting on the team to return.

Q: What do you look forward to most about returning to the court?
A: I look forward to my first opportunity to dunk the basketball, because there is a feeling of freedom and power, for that moment you're unstoppable.

Q: Are you surprised how the Lakers have played since you got hurt?
A: No not at all, I knew they wouldn't miss a beat. Especially since this is the same team that made it to the finals last year, except now they have a year more experience.

Q: What NBA rookie has impressed you this season?
A: Derrick Rose because I just didn't know that he was that good, or athletic for that matter.

Q: Has anyone in college basketball caught your attention?
A: Yes, I'm going to go with Blake Griffin. For the simple fact that he's a beast!

Q: Are you a baseball fan? If so, whats your favorite team?
A: I'm sorry to report that I don't really follow baseball day in and day oot, but I know Barry Bonds is the Greatest of All Time.

Q: I hear you're a Cowboys fan. Were you upset they cut T.O.?
A: Highly upset, the man is an animal out there, how are you going to replace him?

Q: What is the best movie you have seen lately?
A: Slumdog Millionaire because it shows struggle and poverty in a way that I didn't know existed, and that it's possible to make it out of the worst situations.

Q: What do you do in your spare time?
A: I like to bowl, work on cars, build computers, and race my RC cars.

Q: Do you have any pets?
A: Yes I'm a dog person; I currently have a chocolate lab named Max, and hope to get a weimaraner in time.

Q: What's your diet?
A: For the most part I try to eat healthy, of course I slip but since I'm always running and being active I'm able to burn it.

Q: Do you feel injury prone?
A: Nope not in the least, both of my injuries were freak accidents. I've played two complete seasons previous as well and hope to continue doing so.
